Structure the conversation
Keep the truth. Remove the avoidable damage.
This tool does not pretend to understand an angry paragraph. It helps you rebuild the message from the facts, feeling, need, and next step.
Clear is kinder than vague
Describe what someone could observe before interpreting why they did it. That gives the other person something concrete to answer instead of forcing them to defend their character.
A request should name one next action. It can be warm or firm, but it should not hide the boundary in so much softening that nobody can find it.
Three ways the words can begin
01“When the plan changed after work began, two days of work had to be repeated. Please confirm changes in the brief first.”
02“I feel overwhelmed when plans arrive at the last minute. I need more notice, so please ask me at least a day ahead.”
03“I will not stay in a conversation where I am being insulted. I will end the call and try another day.”
Why can’t I paste an angry draft?
A local template cannot reliably understand arbitrary text. Structured inputs produce a more honest and predictable result without pretending to be AI.
Does a calm message mean I have to be soft?
No. Firm boundaries can be calm, specific, and direct. The tool removes unnecessary accusation, not the limit itself.
